The TILES?

These delightfully colourful tiles are hand made by a family studio. They are using glazes, some held in their family for many generations, and with a unique vivid quality that covers a huge colour range.

They are used for :-

1. Hanging art pieces. They do not fade and are easy to clean: quite a contrast to other art.
2. Wall and flooring tiling – the thin board and felt backings are easily removed.
3. With the backing removed, and an exterior hook fitted, they are fine for hanging outside in all weathers. [For example: because they do not fade, they have been used as decorative tiles on grave headstones.]
4. With the range of sizes, from 10cm x 10cm, to the large 40cm x 40cm, there is a wide range of applications.

While we try to give you a good visual idea of the colours and texture of the tiles, photos are NOT the real thing!

Questions and Answers :

Q If I purchase a tile and I wish to exchange it for another one, may I do that?
A Yes you may. You will have to wrap it as we did; courier it to us and pay for the return courier charge. If it is not wrapped as we send it – or how we describe how we do – then there is a charge for new packaging. If the tile breaks, I’m sorry, there will be no claim. We take all care, but are not to be held responsible for a broken tile. We take pride in providing a sound and helpful service.

Q. If I have a brilliant design or idea for a new tile, would I be rewarded for submitting that?
A If we should use your idea or design, you certainly will be rewarded. That will be negotiated with you. You can do that through, Contact Us.

Q. Are all the tiles always in stock?
A No. Sometimes we run out of stock. We replace unpopular with new ones.

Q. From the time I place an order, when is delivery likely to be ?
A If your order is placed and payment cleared before 1pm, Monday to Friday, the package will be sent the next day.

Q. Is there any discounting if I purchase more than one tile at the time?
A Only if you were to purchase five or more large tiles: that is, over $275 in value, not including P&P. The discount would begin at 10%.

Q. If I am a retailer, may I approach you about me retailing the product?
A Yes, by all means do so. We have a policy of looking after those retailers we already have as well as possible. That means having in an area, suburb, or small town we limit the number of outlets to perhaps two. We would have for example only one Florist or one Garden Centre.
